§ Mr. Peter MorrisonWest Norwood jobcentre is not operating cost-effectively because public usage is much lower than had been expected when it first opened. Efforts to sublet surplus space and thereby reduce costs have so far failed and therefore prospects for letting the whole premises are being assessed, but a final decision on the office's future has not yet been reached.
