Whether they concur with the view of the United States Administration that the FDN and other counter-revolutionary groups operating against the Government of Nicaragua are freedom fighters.
§ Baroness YoungHowever they may be described, such groups are reacting to the limitations on political freedom in Nicaragua. We hope to see changes in that situation and an end to all violence in Central America.
