§ Mr. Wyn RobertsRecurring revenue allocations to health authorities in Wales, after allowance is made for pay and price movements, rose by 11.4 per cent. between 1978–79 and 1982–83. The total available for 1983–84 will allow authorities to spend on the same price basis some 1.5 per cent. more than their 1982–83 allocations.
