§ Mr. Maddenasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what funds are being made available in 1983 to assist local education authorities to identify asbestos in schools; and what funds will be available in subsequent years.
§ Mr. DunnLocal authorities receive rate support grant from the Government in support of expenditure on all the services for which they are responsible. It is for individual authorities to order their priorities within the resources available to them.
