§ The Prime MinisterWe have made it clear that we seek a better relationship between East and West. We will do everything possible to reduce tension and to avoid misunderstandings. We are ready to pursue, in the right circumstances, a sensible dialogue with the Soviet Union. We look to the Soviet Union to abide by internationally accepted standards of behaviour.
