§ Sir Geoffrey HoweWe shall continue to express our concerns about the situation in the middle east during political consultations with the Soviet Union. My hon. Friend the Member for Shoreham (Mr. Luce) also discussed the role of the Soviet Union in the middle east during his talks in Damascus on 3 and 4 December.
