§ Sir George YoungFunding arrangements for individual pilot housing projects are a matter for direct negotiation between the European Community and applicants for support under the scheme. The latest information on United Kingdom projects funded under the scheme was set out in Community document COM/ 80/491, instrument 9720/80, in which the Commission reported on projects funded between 1974 and 1978, considered by the Commons Select Committee on European legislation in March 1981.
