Eighteen offices are scheduled for closure under reorganisation plans announced earlier this year—Nine collection offices-in Cardiff three, Newport, Carmarthen, Neath, Pontypool, Pontypridd and Rhyl.Nine tax districts-in Cardiff, Newport two, Aberdare, Haverfordwest, Llandudno, Pontypridd, Port Talbot and Swansea.
