§ Mr. Michael Forsythasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list the banks, certified in terms of section 1 of the Bank Notes (Scotland) Act 1845, which have ceased to trade other than under the terms of a merger covered by section 4 of the Act since 1953.
