Friend to the reply to him of 15 March 1983.—[Vol. 39, c. 81–82.] No further import licences have been issued this year. Moreover, the European Commission has authorised the United Kingdom not to apply Community treatment to footwear of tariff heading 64.01 and 64.02 of Chinese origin for the rest of this year.
