Members, including the hon. and learned Gentleman himself, have written to me and my ministerial colleagues about the Government's action in communicating to claimants against Uganda details of the procedure which the Uganda Government wish them to follow to make a claim for compensation for the property that was taken from them under the Amin regime. There have also been representatiions from the Ugandan Evacuees Association.
