§ Dr. BoysonThe information is not available. I understand that the Leicestershire education authority is planning a continuing programme of work to achieve the necessary provision. The rate of progress will depend upon the availability of resources.
The Education (School Premises) Regulations 1981 apply in England and Wales. Schools in Wales are the concern of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
