§ Mr. MacfarlaneNegotiations between the Inland Revenue and individual Football League clubs are a matter for the parties concerned, and the local communities.332W Football League authorities have of course a general concern, but will accept that clubs are private businesses and subject to the normal laws and responsibilities.
