§ 52. Mr. Severasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will increase the level of United Kingdom aid to international agencies assisting refugees in the Horn of Africa.
§ Mr. RaisonWe have just received from three international agencies new requests for assistance during 1983 to refugees in the Horn of Africa and several other areas of the world. I am considering them and hope soon to be able to indicate the level of our response.
