§ Mr. RaisonI have carefully considered the representations which I have received on this subject. I appreciate and share the concern that we should continue to pay close attention to the management of physical change in development. But I am satisfied that the new arrangements that we propose will enable us to continue to obtain and to provide the necessary specialist advice without having a post of Physical Planning Adviser as such on the complement of the ODA.
