§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list all the hostels and day care centres for the mentally ill and mentally handicapped for each region of Scotland, with the date of their building start and their date of opening, and numbers of places in each case; and if he will list those planned by each regional council and the expected date of opening.
