§ Dr. VaughanThe Government commissioned professor Gower to carry out a review and recommend proposals for a new legislative framework of protection for investors in securities and other forms of property. In the interim we have revised the current rules and regulations applicable to licensed dealers. They will be laid before Parliament tomorrow.
