§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has prepared any development plan for Gibraltar.
§ Mr. RaisonThe Gibraltar Government prepare their own development plans, and their current proposals are contained in the 1982–86 development programme. The Overseas Development Administration is contributing £13 million towards this programme, of which £9 million is already committed. Approved projects include a causeway and a water distillation plant as well as a number of small-scale infrastructural projects.
