§ Mr. BlakerAs I explained in my answer to the hon. Member on 9 February, consideration was given earlier this year to producing a short public information film to explain why, in the absence of results in the Geneva intermediate nuclear force negotiations, it will be necessary to base cruise missiles in Great Britain. —[Vol. 36, c.402.] We have now decided not to proceed with the making of such a film.
