(2) what was the cost to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive of demolishing the Sirocco works building which was acquired in Short Strand;
(3) how much compensation was paid by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive to the owners of the Sirocco works in respect of the building in Short Strand.
§ Mr. David MitchellThese are matters for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, but I understand from the chairman that 110 dwellings are planned, demolition cost £212,000 and the site cost £625,000.
