§ Mr. Norman LamontSir William Duncan has accepted the chairmanship of Rolls-Royce Ltd. with effect from 1 April 1983 for a term of five years. Sir William will be paid a salary of £125,000 per year with the possibility of a performance-related bonus payment not exceeding £25,000.
