§ Dr. Edmund Marshallasked the Minister for Trade whether he will accept the proposal of the European Commission that tenants of licensed premises owned by brewers should not be tied to receive supplies of wine, spirits and soft drinks from their landlords.
§ Mr. SproatAlthough member states have been consulted about the draft regulation containing this proposal its final form will be decided by the Commission.
