§ Mr. Farrasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will set up a special inquiry to consider ways in which farmers in certain areas of Northern Ireland, such as County Fermanagh and South Armagh, can be helped to meet their special problems relating to security in earning their livelihood.
