§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe measures recently announced in Scotland represent the final capital allocations for 1983–84 and include the redistribution of increased net receipts resulting from buoyant sales of council houses. In Wales the available resources for 1983–84 were allocated in full in November 1982.
