§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will introduce legislation to amend the cremation regulations so as to remove the requirement for two independent medical certificates as to the cause of death of a person who dies in hospital, where a post mortem is carried out and the cause of death certified as a result thereof.
