§ Mr. Wardasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, in view of the interest by the engineering profession in the techniques being used to effect the remedial work being carried out at Great Ormond street hospital, if he will ensure that all such information is made available to the technical press.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI am well aware that the proposed remedial work at the cardiac wing of the Hospital40W for Sick Children is of interest to the engineering profession as well as being of considerable public interest. I will release as much information to the press and the public as is possible without prejudicing the outcome of possible litigation.
