§ Mr. Weetchasked the Minister for Trade whether he will ask the Director General of Fair Trading to investigate the practice of the principal banks of imposing substantial administration charges upon mortgagors who wish to convert a repayment mortgage with the bank concerned to a low cost endowment mortgage arranged other than through that bank.
