§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the growing number of robberies involving security firms and in the light of the robbery at Clerkenwell on 4 April, he will now introduce legislation requiring all security firms to be registered or licensed and to prohibit any such firms employing persons who have had a criminal record and any such person to be in any way involved in such firms.
