§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister if she will visit the London borough of Newham to discuss with members of the local borough council, the churches, rotary, chamber of commerce and other voluntary organisations the problems confronting the borough generally and the sick, aged and unemployed in particular.
