§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergIt is the responsibility of health and social services authorities to provide such services for drug dependents as may be necessary in the light of perceived local needs, but, in addition, central funds totalling £213,850 were made available by the Department in 1981–82 to assist voluntary organisations providing services for drug dependents.
