§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, pursuant to the reply of 28 February, Official Report, column 35, if, in order to monitor and assess the effectiveness of education and publicity expenditure aimed at countering discrimination against disabled people, he will take steps to identify the elements of such expenditure by his Department directly and in financial support provided by his Department to voluntary bodies concerned with the disabled; and if he will make a statement.
