What is the proposed use for the former open prison at Burton in South Westmorland, what is its capacity and when it was last used.

The Bela River open prison near Milnthorpe was closed in 1974. Its capacity was then 250 places. The site was sold in 1980. It is understood that its present owners are using it for agricultural purposes.
