§ Mr. AlisonWe propose to introduce an order to amend the Equal Pay Act in the light of the European Court judgment later this Parliamentary session. The Order will be made under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972. A draft order was published for consultation purposes on 16 February and we are at present considering the responses received.
