§ Mr. Allen McKayasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what action he is taking regarding a conservation order under section 29 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act to protect the Tealham and Tadham moor site as requested by the Nature Conservancy Council.
§ Mr. MacfarlaneA nature conservation order which gives temporary protection to 70 acres of Tealham and Tadham moors, Somerset was made on 23 March.
