§ Mr. Alexander FletcherI have written to the hon. Member informing him of the appointments which have been made to the new trust which took over my right hon. Friend's responsibilities as harbour authority for Peterhead Bay harbour with effect from 1 April. The new trust is to be known as the Peterhead Bay Authority.
