§ Mr. Peter MorrisonI do not consider it would be right to enter into firm commitments as to the exact number of places on the scheme that will be available in any particular part of the country. However, we have asked the Manpower Services Commission, in working out the details of the national extension of the enterprise allowance scheme, to allocate resources broadly in line with the numbers of people unemployed in each area.
