§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergWhile a patient remains on a doctor's NHS list that doctor is obliged by his terms of service to render to him all necessary and appropriate personal medical services of the type usually provided by general medical practitioners. Repeat prescriptions issued privately to a patient cannot be dispensed within the National Health Service. It is not our intention to make regulations about the transference of patients' case notes.
