We have received no representation from the International Labour Organisation with regard to ILO convention No. 94 concerning labour clauses in public contracts which, as foreshadowed in my right hon. Friend's reply of 28 July to my hon. Friend the Member for Mid-Sussex (Mr. Renton) the Government denounced on 20 September 1982.
