HC Deb 28 October 1982 vol 29 c560W
Mr. Cryer

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will call in the re-submitted planning applications to extend limestone quarrying at Coolscar quarry, Kilnsey, in the Yorkshire Dales national park, and ensure that a public inquiry is held into the proposals as was first envisaged; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Giles Shaw

These planning applications were called in on 27 October, and a public inquiry will now be arranged.
