§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether his Department was invited to participate in the public meeting at the Department of Transport on Monday 11 October to launch the "Pavement Week" of the National Federation of the Blind; and whether anyone attended.
§ Mr. Wyn Roberts:The Welsh Office was invited to but was not represented at the seminar. We will, however, be receiving a report of the proceedings.
