§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will consider making an interim report on the tripartite talks between Her Majesty's Government, the National Coal Board and the National Union of Mineworkers on expanding and modifying the conditions under which benefits are paid to sufferers of, and the dependents of workers suffering from, diseases associated with the coal mining industry.
§ Mr. John Moore:I hope to make available shortly a report on the activities of the working party, under my chairmanship, which has discussed these issues.
