§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish a tab le itemising each major problem which has arisen since the commencement of the building of the new Ysbyty Gwynedd general hospital at Bangor, showing the date of each such setback, the delay it has caused in the construction programme, and the additional cost it has placed on the project.
