§ Mr. Arnoldasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what plans he has for the disposal of the land and buildings following the closure of Marple Dale hospital, Marple, Stockport.
§ Mr. Geoffrey Finsberg:Responsibility for the disposal of surplus NHS land has been delegated to the regional health authorities. Following the closure of this hospital, the North-Western regional health authority expects to offer the site on the open market in accordance with the district valuer's recommendation.
