§ Mr. Hardyasked the Secretary of State for Employment when he expects his appeal against the recommendation of the employment appeal tribunal in the Westwood case to be considered.
§ Mr. Waddington:The appeal to the Court of Appeal was lodged in July. It now seems unlikely that it will be heard before the end of the year.
