Mr. Teddy Taylor

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he will publish a table showing the net contribution of the United Kingdom to the EEC in each year since the United Kingdom joined that body; and what is his latest estimate of the net contribution in the current year;

(2) whether it is the policy of Her Majesty's Government that the resources available to the EEC by way of the 1 per cent. value added tax contribution, Customs duties and food levies should not be increased.
