§ Mr. WigginThe Argentine naval attaché was invited together with 24 other Foreign and Commonwealth naval attaches to visit the Royal Marines training centre at Lympstone as part of a normal programme of visits arranged for naval attachés in this country. The invitation was issued on 2 April 1981, and the visit, which was attended by the Argentine assistant naval attaché, took place on 28 May 1981.
