§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsInformation on the indebtedness of local authorities is published annually by he Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy in "Return of Outstanding Dept", copies of which are placed in the House of Commons Library. The figures for 31 March 1981 are given in column 19. Estimates at constant prices are not available.
