§ Dr. Vaughan:My right hon. and noble Friend appointed Mr. Ian Glendinning Watt, chartered accountant, and Mr. Robert Alexander Gatehouse, QC, on 24 September 1982 and 1 October 1982 respectively as joint inspectors under section 165(1)(b)of the Companies Act 1948, as amended, to investigate and report on the affairs of Alexander Howden Group plc.
