§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will state, for the latest and most convenient stated date, as much information as is available to him as to the numbers of itemised crimes committed in the London borough of Newham, the numbers of police employed, the numbers of arrests, charges and convictions and the cost of the police force together with their equipment and similar details on a quarterly retrospective basis back to May 1979.
