Mr. Wardell

asked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will list in the Official Report, for each county in Wales, the number of children taken into care in the calendar years 1979, 1980 and 1981;

(2) if he will publish in the Official Report the number of children taken into care in Wales in each year during the period May 1979 to October 1982.
